‘Fake History: 101 Things that Never Happened’ is out now!
Some of the myths debunk in the book may be familiar to you because you were there when I was correcting people on social media and in some cases we even cracked the case together, doing the research on the website formerly known as Twitter!
But there are also quite a few stories that you may not have heard about and that you perhaps didn’t know are myths!
In the book I explain in detail about my detective work and the battle against misinformation.

Currently the book is available in English, Dutch, German, Greek and Czech!
But you can of course also look on other book selling websites (should be easy to find, I’m the only person called Jo Hedwig Teeuwisse in the world) or ask your local book shop to order it.
And it’s also in libraries!
If everything goes according to plan the book will also translated into Polish and Vietnamese.
There is a Dutch audiobook but there are no plans for one in another language.
If your country is not mentioned above there are currently no plans for it to be published there and you’ll have to order a copy from abroad.
But who knows, maybe other publishers show interest and it will become available in other countries as well at a later date.
